This the first volume traces 200 years of American Warships and also looks at some British warships from the Revolutionary War. It details the fates of many sailing ships, cruisers, frigates, cutters, destroyers, minesweepers and patrol boats that helped defend Americaís shores over the last two centuries.
The authors are both very experienced divers who have combined their knowledge of more than 40 reachable warship wrecks on Americaís East Coast with detailed historical research to accurately tell the story with hundreds of photos facts and figures.
